Even if you've purchased your product from another dealer or it's no longer under warranty, we can likely repair it. We'll work as fast as possible, which could be an immediate fix in some cases. Your limited lifetime warranty covers the following:

  • Defects in workmanship, materials, and failure to operate as long as the original purchaser still owns the product (unless shorter periods are listed below)

Your Limited Lifetime warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Abuse, accidents, or alterations
  • Exposure to the elements and discoloration
  • Improper cleaning, measurement, installation, or maintenance
  • Torn or ripped fabrics,

  • Shipping charges, cost of removal, cost of reinstallation

What If My Issue Isn't Covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty?

If your Hunter Douglas blinds repair needs aren't covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty or the parts for your Hunter Douglas shades have been discontinued, we may still be able to help you.

However, since you will no longer have the warranty covering the cost of repairs, you may want to see if you can repair them yourself. Many Hunter Douglas products have a repair guide on the website. You can look through it and see if the repairs are something you can handle on your own.
